A week in New York City

Spring in New York City was pretty special (even if it was a little colder than we expected.) We visited the Natural History Museum, spent many hours in Central Park, took a ride on the Staten Island Ferry, we saw Brooklyn Bridge and Lady Liberty, we ate some Magnolia Bakery cupcakes and plenty of ‘floppy’ pizza. We saw a broadway show and we ate at a diner (that was one of my favourite places during our whole stay in the states) called Ellen’s Stardust Diner – if you go to New York, you must check this place out. We visited Bryant Park almost every day (Ben and I love the natural disaster movie ‘The Day After Tomorrow’ which was partly filmed here.) I don’t think I have ever walked so much than I did in New York City!

A week just isn’t enough time for New York. We can’t wait to get back but maybe this time we’ll visit in summer :)
