Angelica Peady {Kangaroo Valley Wedding Photographer} Shelly & Pete’s Romantic ‘I Do’

It was wonderful to last week shoot another Kangaroo Valley wedding, this is our most favourite venue and I believe we can now could declare ourselves the official photographer for Kangaroo Valley Bush Retreat ;)

Today we were once again at Kangaroo Valley shooting for stunning bride Shelly who was resplendant with a lace gown (Halo Bridal), native-rustic flowers by Merci Bouquet and beautiful soft hair and make up. Shelley was a gold medal winner for bridal organisation and being totally adorable to boot! So relaxed she was waiting for our arrival and even came outside to greet us. Handsome husband Pete (suit by Uberstone) was equally laid back and together their easy vibe set the tone for a truly joyful and enjoyable day for both them and their guests!

Shelley and Pete’s wedding was heartfelt and filled with so many sweet moments. There was a touching remembrance for those who could not be their guest in the flesh, as well as a lovely moment of ceremony with the exchange of the rings. The decor was gorgeous with textural flowers and lots of special elements including a CD bonbonieres, hessian table runners and vintage table numbers.

The rest of Shelly & Pete’s wedding ‘dream team’ of suppliers included cakes by Alison Lawson Cakes, Celebrant Nerolie Barnes, Marquee and hire by Shoalhaven Party Hire, Festoon Lighting by Light My Life. All these amazing vendors work combined into something truly magnificent and Shelly’s masterful planning really paid off for a lovely day from beginning to end.

Thank you Shelley & Pete for allowing me to be your Kangaroo Valley wedding photographer. I wish you love and happiness and a future that’s bright and wonderful together!

In closing, I’d like to say these photos are images I am so proud of. They tell the story of this wedding day perfectly. But most importantly they capture the love. They capture the mood and they capture the spirit of the day and the beautiful couple at hand. They are real and raw and the wide smiles, tender kisses and stolen gazes were all true moments that I was just there to capture. And telling the day just how it was – in gorgeous images – well that’s my style, and just how I like it… enjoy.
